LUISA "ELLE" BLATTNER
Lisa T. C. Blattner, Esq. brings her considerable skills, passion, and excellence in the areas of probate litigation, probate administration, and general civil litigation.

EDUCATION
​
Lisa is a Colorado native who grew up in Lakewood, Colorado. Lisa attended the University of Colorado at Denver where she received her B.S. in Business/Finance, cum laude. Pursuing her strong desire to practice law, Lisa attended the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law from which she received her Juris Doctorate. Exhibiting an early aptitude in the area, during her second year of law school Lisas received the Scholastic Excellence Award in the area of Trust and Estates indicating the highest grade in the class amongst her peers.

CAREER
For over fifteen years, Lisa has owned and operated her own practice, opening its doors just four days after being sworn in as an attorney. Lisa had the privilege of being mentored by the legendary retired Honorable E. David Griffith, who instilled in her the value of excellence in advocating while also honoring the integrity of the law and her clients. Lisa works with clients from all walks of life, serving families during some of the most difficult times. Whether it be the loss of a loved one, a parent with diminishing capacity, or concerns of financial exploitation, she prides herself on providing a level of compassion that is unique to the legal world. Lisa has a history of recognition for her significant contributions to the legal profession and the Colorado community at large. Early in her career she was recognized by the El Paso County Bar Association as Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year and by the Southern Colorado Better Business Bureau as the Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Later she went on to be a finalist for Business Person of the Year. She has served as the chair of the El Paso County Bar Association Probate Section, as well as chairing Colorado Springs’ annual Senior Law Day for many years. Now, she is the Managing Editor of the Colorado Senior Law Handbook, available online and at every senior law day statewide. She has served on the board of the former Pikes Peak Justice Center, the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and now serves on the board of the Pikes Peak Elder Justice Center. While Lisa continues to own her own practice, she is also of-counsel at the Drexler Law Group, LLC, as the managing attorney of the probate division.

​Outside of law, Lisa is a devoted wife, daughter, chef and golfer.
Director of Operations
Elle has a BA, MA, and CSP from UCD. She brings a unique specialty to the firm, to assist with understanding and increasing communication with our clients and their needs.
​
She is specialized for the past 16 years in psychiatric and capacity assessments. She worked in ER's and Hospitals resulting in either outpatient referrals for treatment or inpatient psychiatric and/or chemical dependency admissions to local facilities.
Her targeted population of work and study included elderly, adults, adolescents and children. For the past 3 years her focus has been elderly care management, and she has recently relocated to Colorado.
